On the auspicious occasion of the inauguration of Mahakal Temple Corridor in Ujjain by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, more than 172 primary agricultural cooperative societies (PACS) were active bringing water urns from the rivers, lakes and wells of the district.
Sahakar Bharati Organizing Secretary Sanjay Pachpore, former Rajya Sabha MP Satyanarayan Jatiya, Anil Firojia and MP Finance Minister, among others were present on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering these leaders also hoisted co-operative flags on the occasion. Besides, several members of Sahakar Bharati Ujjain district were present.
In this program, 600 vehicles of about 172 PACS and more than 1000 workers participated with great enthusiasm and joy, said an official of Sahakar Bharati.
It bears recall that PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the Rs 850-crore Mahakaleshwar Temple Corridor Development Project in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, on Tuesday. The project will be a model for religious tourism in India.
