According to the HT reports, responding to a question in the HP state assembly chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said the NPA of Kangra Bank stood at Rs 1,147.9 crore, adding that Rs 44.7 crore was recovered from April to November this year.
Kangra Central Cooperative Bank’s NPA loans figured in discussions during the question hour in the assembly.
Congress MLA Rajendra Rana wanted to know about the steps being taken by the government to recover NPA loans.
