The Reserve Bank of India has extended directions on the Adoor Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd, Adoor, Kerala for a further period of three months, from June 10, 2022 to September 09, 2022, subject to review.
The UCB was placed under direction from close of business on November 09, 2018 for a period of six months, which were extended from time to time, last being up to June 09, 2022.
Other terms and conditions of the Directive under reference, as modified from time to time, shall remain unchanged.
