Rajasthan Cooperation Minister Gautam Dak said that no proposal has been received for the formation of new Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti in seven gram panchayats falling in Bassi Assembly constituency from respective district collectors.
Dak was giving the reply to a query raised by a member in the legislative assembly on Monday.
Dak further assured that on receipt of the proposal along with the recommendation of the district level committee, action will be taken to form new Gram Seva Sahkari Samitis as per rules.
There are 377 Gram Seva Sahkari Samitis operating in Jaipur Rural District and informed that for opening new Gram Seva Sahkari Samitis, 300 minimum number of members are required and a minimum share amount is Rs 3 lakh and the minimum security amount of Rs 1 lakh needed.
