The Directorate Building of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in Nagaland was inaugurated by Jacob Zhimomi, Minister of PHED & Cooperation, reports local media.
Located near the new High Court Complex in Meriema, this building represents a significant advancement for local cooperative societies. Zhimomi highlighted the building’s role in enhancing service delivery and improving socio-economic conditions for Nagaland’s middle and lower-class families.
He emphasized the expansion of objectives to benefit local entrepreneurs and the economic impact on local producers, noting over 8000 cooperative societies in the state.
