NCUI is proud in the name organic product produce by field projects in agriculture Mela at pragati maidan but killing the project personal slowly by cutting down salary service benefits and regularised staff converting into contractual. When satyanarayan became chief executive of NCUI it seems condition of project personal will improve and regularised with seven pay commission but nothing has happened only the worst condition is happening and threatening the staff to stop our demand otherwise expel from service. President chandrapal is not giving importance to field projects and not in a mood to regularised the staff instead annoying project staff he is good for nothing bekar adami have.
