NCUI: NCCE trains technocrats of IFFCO Phulpur

NCCE (NCUI) recently organized a training program on ‘Cooperation & Cooperative Management’ for 38 technocrats of IFFCO Plant, Phulpur. The objective of this training program was to train the personnel on functions of the cooperative system along with self-organization & healthy working environment in cooperative organizations, with value based day-to-day management.

Such programs do enhance employees’ performance at their workplaces. The participants were also sensitized to the policy deficit and other issues before cooperatives to strengthen them further, writes NCUI in a social media post.

The topics covered in the training program comprised introduction to the coop movement, coop principles & values, digital transactions through mobile phones, post Covid-19 era, role of cooperatives in agricultural and rural development, cooperative laws & UP Act, problems & challenges before coops & strategies to overcome them, importance of data & research in coops, management of coop business with special reference to IFFCO, Policies/Acts/Guidelines related to Fertilizers.

The sessions were taken by expert faculty members deputed by NCUI’s Deputy CE, Savitri Singh. R.K. Pandey, Sanjay Vaish along with S.C. Pradhan & Vinayak Jhamb inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. They briefed about the program’s objectives and topics covered.
