A score of farmers and farm experts from Nepal are being trained at National Centre of Organic Farming (NCOF) Ghaziabad as part of New India-Nepal Partnership in Agriculture.
The training will span a month, reports DD News.
The training is aimed to encourage certified organic farming for improvement of soil health, share impact of organic farming, ensuring supply of organic input through establishment of Bio-fertilizer & Bio-Pesticides Production Unit, capacity building in soil testing and organic certification through Human Resource Development.
The India and Nepal New Partnership in Agriculture was launched in 2018.
