The National Centre for Cooperative Education (NCCE) launched a three-day Leadership Development Programme for Chairpersons and Directors of Dairy Cooperatives across India on January 28, 2025. A total of 48 representatives from various states are actively participating in the program.
During the inauguration, Dipti Yadav, Deputy Director (Course Coordinator), NCUI, welcomed the attendees and provided an overview of the course structure. The program covers essential topics, including cooperative philosophy, membership regulations, governance roles, and legal provisions for dairy cooperatives.
A special session on financial management and accounting, with a focus on GST and other taxation policies, was conducted by Anurag Dang, Deputy Director. The interactive and practical approach to lectures has been highly appreciated by participants. The program will conclude on January 30, 2025.
