NCARDB’s Managing Director K K Ravindran visited the headquarters of Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank recently.
The objective of the meeting was to review the bank’s business development plan for five years, issued by the NCARDB and urge them to adopt it.
During the meeting, Ravindran said, “The Central Government is committed to reviving the long term credit structure and strengthening the cooperative agricultural rural development banks”.
“For the computerization of these banks, a team has been constituted by Nabard, which will conduct field visits to assess the financial condition of cooperative banks, sector wise needs of farmers and others.
On this occasion, HSCARD bank MD Naresh Goyal and others were present.
