According to the twitter handle of IFFCO Aonla Unit Head Rakesh Puri, the president of International Commerce Development Corporation of USA Gregory J Newell, and many other dignitaries including the US ambassador to Sweden visited IFFCO to acquaint themselves with the benefits and sustainability of IFFCO Nano Products.
The delegation also discussed the possibility of exporting the liquid fertilise to the USA and other countries.
Puri tweeted “Former Ambassador Mr. Gregory J. Newell along with respected delegates reached Aonla on a visit to #IFFCO Nano Urea (Liquid) Fertiliser Plant. India’s first high technology #Nano fertiliser plant has become the center of attraction in the agriculture.”
Media reports say quoting Newell said Nano Products are useful for crops and are environment friendly. Aonla Unit head Rakesh Puri sees Newell’s visit as a potential step towards launching Nano urea technology in the world.
In his remarks on this occasion, Puri emphasised the need for visionary leaders like IFFCO managing director Uday Shankar Awasthi and innovative technologies like this to revolutionise agriculture worldwide.
