Chairman NAFSCOB, Konduru Ravinder has promised that he would look into the possibility of giving pension to the cooperative bank staff after their retirement, reports Telangana Today.
He also mentioned about providing pay scales to the cooperative bank staff after constituting a committee.
Ravinder was addressing cooperative bank association members who had organized a felicitation program on his unanimous election as the NAFSCOB chairman in Mumbai recently.
He added that cooperative bank’s branches would be increased in the district and called upon the employees to convert the existing Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies (PACS) as the bank extension counters by utilising the available technology to provide the services to the customers.
