In a written reply in Lok Sabha, Union Home and Cooperation Minister informed that the NABARD has conducted specialized training programs for officials from SCARDBs, Primary Cooperative Agriculture and Rural PCARDBs, State Governments, and System Integrators.
The training aimed to equip officials with the necessary skills to handle various stages of digitization, ensuring seamless implementation of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) Project.
As part of the initiative, NABARD trained officials on the Onboarding of States and Capturing of ARDBs’ Constitution and Business in the First Hand Report (FHR) stage.
This session saw the participation of officials from Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Puducherry, and Uttar Pradesh, with a total of 40 participants. Tamil Nadu had a significant turnout with 680 participants, while a total of 2,360 officials from all states under the ARDB Project were trained in this stage.
The second phase focused on Field Verification of FHR Data via the Field Verification Report (FVR), ensuring the accuracy of the captured data. This session was attended by officials from Puducherry, Tripura, and Gujarat, with 55 participants. Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, and Punjab together had 400 participants, while Haryana, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh recorded 500 participants.
In the final phase, NABARD trained officials on Capturing Legacy Data of ARDBs in the Data Capture Tool (DCT). Gujarat had 80 participants, Uttar Pradesh had 100, while Himachal Pradesh and Punjab each had 40 participants.
