Union Minister of State for Agriculture Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai Kundaria is going to inaugure Train the Trainers (TTT) Programme of NCCT at the NCUI headquarters in Delhi on Monday. TTT is aimed at training Faculty Members of RICMs/ICMs from 15th to 18th June, 2015 at New Delhi.
Altogether, 20 Faculty Members representing from different RICMs/ICMs across the country are taking part in the Programme. The Programme is being conducted by the Indian Society for Training and Development Delhi Chapter and Training requirement & New Concept (TRANC).
The main objectives of the programme are to provide an opportunity to the participants to acquire an in depth knowledge of training and development, to give opportunity for practicing various training skills and evaluation process.
During the 4 days TTT programme, the important topics such are as training need identification, training methodology, designing & delivering, training programme, post training evaluation, trainers role etc. will be covered.
It is worthwhile to mention that NCCT has been making continuous efforts for the development of Faculty Members by deputing them to different training programmes being conducted by reputed institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, NABARD, BIRD, CAB, MANAGE etc.
This TTT Programme is also one of the ventures of NCCT towards Faculty development so as to enable them to provide quality training to the target participants.
