Inaugurating the Cooperative Convention on Monday in Delhi, co-op minister of the state Rajendra Pal Gautam was all praise for the AAP govt for boosting the co-op movement in the region.
However, previous govts were barely interested in the movement the AAP govt. stood out strengthening it, said the Minister hinting at the possibility of getting. space to co-op banks in the DDA commercial complex.
Holding bureaucrats responsible for the plight of the co-op movement in Delhi, Gautam felt their frequent transfer is also one of the reasons behind the slow pace of the movement.
Things would change for the better in future as the AAP govt has several plans in the pipeline to give booster dose to the movement, said the Minister.
