Himachal Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Rajiv Saizal inaugurated the 33rd branch of Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank at Khalogra village in Solan Tehsil in Solan district of the state.
In his address, Saizal said banks are playing a commendable role in strengthening the economy at individual and social level.
He urged the representatives of Jogindra Central Co-operative Bank to ensure strong and effective publicity to reach the financial schemes to the general public of the district.
Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank has a deposit base of 1280 crore and loans of Rs 550 crore. The bank has its own ‘Jemudra App’ through which the bank is providing digital banking services to its customers.
