    Res.Sir,
Now a days, very essential to work of this subject,OnlineBanking,Payments,ATM-Security all the way,and fast financing systems are essential to adopt in India.Fixed Deposit clients must get max.interest rate as they are depositing the cash amount and not borrowing the loan. This is main factor.. Think as no deposits in bank,post,patsansthas,cr.sty.etc , organisation will not run. Loan will get interest but now a days NPA is increasing even in Nationalised Banks,Scheduled Banks, more in DCC banks and affecting to return of fixed Deposits being no money. We have to pay such payments on priority basis.Peoples are just waiting. What happened to Vijay Mallyas Recovery? Whos payment is used not of Govt. but only of Depositors? Think and mail me your action in this subject.

    Res.Sir,
Further to my earliers comments, the Depositors are Main Pillars of Banking, not Bank officers, employees but services are still to improve for customers, use modern Machinery like Note Counting, noting faulse notes depositors, acceptors as Cashiers in Banks, who are providers etc.Manager must move in Bank Business premises atleast few minutes, Security in Bank must be alert not agedone/retired/physically unfit and trained one and training is also essential for the said peoples,Cameras should in working. Cost saving is most important in Offices. Discussions with Customers must be improved because they are our pillars and depend up on them.Think as no one has come to Bank for Cash/Cheque Deposting/loaning then, what will do all the stop/officers/managers/security. The responsibuility of Close Banks like Ruppee Co-op.Bank, Depositor of Rs.10/-lacs is just awaiting for getting his own money no loan, who are responsibles for this poor person retired one. No services at all for them. They are more claims like this. Banks are showing more profits, opening new branches . This is ok. Please pay more interest for Depositors and pay intime and try to keep aside such money.Do not pay any loan to frauddy persons/factory/etc. unless, you verify, the return system of payments.Publish Name and address/photos in Media for getting payments. Management should be alert in this subject and should look regular recovery otherwise NPA will not increase. Our managerments/staffs are also involved in this system. Please keep low margin for banks and pay to Depositors and try to increase depositors and see to stop bogus financial institutes. This way we have to improve total activities of Banking System. Please avoid bad news about Institutes/Banks.Poors are getting loans and also returning in time but bigger are just taking loan, not using for proper way,but utilised for different points/ Lot of such claims are available in India.Take marketing of Products/Guidelines to loan A/c.holders and see payments are received directly on Bankers A/c.
I am B.Com. D.B.M.(Hons) D.J.(Hons.)A.D.R. well qualified and well experienced, well skilled, professional General Manager.and noted lot of Banks Institutes problems.
If you need more information, please do not hesitate to write me on mail.
    With kind regards,

    J.B.Jadhav.
