Satish Marathe, a senior cooperator is likely to meet Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah today on Thursday to discuss a NewCooperative Policy being formulated by a panel headed by the Former Union Minister Suresh Prabhu.
“I and a few more cooperators may brief the Minister on the development in the formulation of NCP so far, if only Amitbhai extricates himself from his tight schedule and finds time on Thursday”, said Marathe from Mumbai on Wednesday when this correspondent called him.
Announcing his journey to Delhi today morning Marathe wrote on Facebook “Suprabhat On way to Delhi for Mtgs with Hon Sureshji Prabhu and Hon Amitbhai Shah regarding Drafting of New CoOp Policy.”
Marathe and Mehta could not attend the last NCP Panel meeting held in Gurugram, as they were busy attending a meeting of the RBI’s Advisory Committee in Mumbai.
It bears recalling that the final meeting of the NCP Panel will be held at the NCUI headquarters on January 24th.
