Maharashtra based Malad Sahakari Bank has given a cheque of Rs 87 lakh towards the Maharashtra Chief Minister Relief fund. The cheque was handed over to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at Varsha Bungalow, Mumbai.
It is noteworthy that shareholders of the Bank have contributed their dividend for the benefit of the flood victims of the state. The bank gives 10 percent dividend to its shareholders, informed its Chairman Vinod Mishra.
Chairman Mishra has thanked the shareholders and customers of the bank and as well as the citizens of Dindoshi Assembly for their contributions.
Chairman Mishra, Vice-Chairman Hukum Singh Dariya Singh, Mahesh Patil, Bank’s CEO R Vedamurthi and DGM Bharat Desai were present during the cheque giving ceremony.
