Maharashtra: Narvekar appointed Cooperation Commissioner

In a significant administrative reshuffle announced on Tuesday, the Maharashtra Government has appointed Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner, Rajesh Narvekar, as the new Cooperation Commissioner of Maharashtra. Narvekar takes over from Anil Kawade, who has been reassigned as the Commissioner of Sugar.

Rajesh Narvekar, a 2009-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, brings with him extensive experience from various administrative positions. A graduate in history, Narvekar has served as the Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister and has notably held the position of collector of Thane district.

Indian Cooperative extends its congratulations to Narvekar on his new assignment, wishing him success in his new role.
