The ED says it has attached assets worth Rs 9.97 crore in the Bhilwara Mahila Urban Cooperative Bank loan fraud case, reports Money Control.
The assets attached belong to Ravindra Bordia and others.
Bordia is the former financial adviser of the bank, and husband of Bhilwara Mahila Urban Cooperative Bank’s ex-President Kirti Bordia.
RBI had cancelled the lender’s license in 2018 due to lack of adequate capital and earning prospects.
