Kribhco’s proposed Ethanol plant between Stambampalli and Kashigama villages of Velgatoor mandal in Telangana would greatly benefit the farmers of the district abounding in paddy and maize production, says district collector Yashmeen Basha.
The district administration held an awareness program at the proposed site last week, as reports of locals not understanding the significance of the Plant were aired.
Speaking on this occasion, Konduru Ravinder Rao, chairman of NAFSCOB, TSCAB and Karimnagar DCCB underlined the importance of the Ethanol plant in the district to protect the environment from pollution.
In her remarks , district collector Jshmeen Basha said the plant would help the farmers in producing paddy and maize.
