New Indian Express reports the Kerala High Court has allowed the state government to go ahead incorporating district cooperative banks into Kerala Bank.
The court, however, said the Cooperative Society Registrar will carry out the amalgamation.
The state govt. had filed a plea in the court asking for its permission. The amalgamation is likely to be completed by March 31, 2020.
