Kerala BJP will organise a satyagraha before the district cooperative bank of Malevikara Taluk demanding action against those who indulged in frauds in the bank, reports Hindu.
BJP State unit general secretary M.T. Ramesh will lead the satyagraha. BJP says none had been punished for fraudulent deals done in cooperative banks so far.
The party alleges that there is a secret understanding between the Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPI(M)] and the Congress over the issue.
Meanwhile, CPI district unit has also demanded comprehensive investigations into the alleged irregularities in the Mavelikara taluk cooperative bank.
Sources say the bank has also messed recruitments and investments up in a big way.
