Dr. U S Awasthi, MD of cooperative behemoth IFFCO has congratulated JIFCO for achieving the highest ever production in a month. According to the MD JIFCO achieved a monthly production of 41525 MT which is highest for a month.
Expressing his appreciation Awasthi tweeted “Congrats #JIFCO @snambekar & team 4 it’s excellent highest ever monthly production 41525 MT till date since inception #AMajali #Shafiq #Happy.”
The JIFCO plant counts the largest producer of phosphoric acid complex in the world. Operational from December 2014 the first consignment of 10,000 tons of Phosphoric Acid from JIFCO Jordan was loaded on the Ship in June 2014 for transportation to IFFCO Plant, Kandla, India.
It may be recalled that the JIFCO plant was inaugurated by President of India Pranab Mukherjee and King of Jordan King Abdullah last year.
Recently in March IFFCO board made a technical visit of JIFCO in Jordon. Recounting the experience one of the Directors Pramod Kumar Singh said the way the Plant has been built is a sure wonder. The highly neat and clean ambiance created at the plant in Jordanian climate is no mean job, Singh added.
