A delegation of Jharkhand State Cooperative Bank Employees Union met Cooperative Minister Badal Patralekh at his office and submitted a memorandum related to their demands.
The delegation informed the Minister that the financial position of the State Cooperative Bank is becoming weaker day by day. Due to the apathy of the management, the employees are going through a tough time.
The branches are facing problems including the lack of stationery, hardware and software problems, SMS alert problem, faulty ATM machines.
It has been said in the memorandum that the existing employees have not got the benefits of promotion, ACP/MSAP, grade pay, medic laim and group insurance for many years.
The minister assured the visiting delegation that all the problems and discrepancies would be resolved sooner than later.
