Karnataka State Basaveshwara Suddi Madyama Sahakara Mahamandala Conducted its 4th Annual General Body meeting on Saturday last week at Parijatha Hotel, Bengaluru.
The meeting was presided over by President Gurunath Janthikar. On the occasion, State Cooperative Minister S. T. Somashekar released the 1st issue of ‘Sahakara Sinchana’ a monthly magazine which covers cooperation, agriculture, rural development and economic development of the state and the entire country.
Gurunath Janthikar, President, explained the growth of the federation and appealed for all the cooperators of Karnataka to contribute for the share capital of the media federation, so it can start its own TV channel at the earliest.
The AGM of the federation was attended by 55 members out of its 103 members. K. Satheesh, Vice President gave a vote of thanks.
