Delhi-based Janata Cooperative Bank is all set to shift its Palam branch to a new location which will be the bank’s own property.
“Our branch at Palam has been on rent since 1998 but now we have purchased a floor at the prime location worth Rs 1.81 crore. The area is about 177.22 square meters. We are all set to shift the branch to a new location and the process will be completed by the end of the current financial year”, said P. S. Pathania, CEO, Janata Cooperative Bank.
He further added that recently we have renovated our head office in the changing times. All the branches except one are on rent, the rest are on the self-owned properties.
The bank was established on 12th June 1956.
