In a bid to regain its position again, Arun Kumar Jain has been re-elected as the Chairman of the Delhi-based Vaish Cooperative Adarsh Bank. He secured a decisive victory over Kiran Kumar Tyagi in the election held on Sunday.
This marks Jain’s third consecutive term as Chairman. In the election, two panels were in contention—one led by Arun Kumar Jain and the other by Kiran Kumar Tyagi. However, none of Tyagi’s panel members won, as Jain’s panel achieved a clean sweep.

He said, “I have won the bank election with huge margins, which shows that the members have a lot of trust in me. I assure them that I will not betray their faith. I am very thankful to them,” he said.
Jain added, “Earlier too, I served as Chairman and contributed significantly to the growth of the bank. This result is a recognition of the good work done by our team in the past. My team and I will continue to work together for the development of the bank,” he underlined.
Following the announcement of the results, Jain was warmly cheered and garlanded by his supporters.
The newly elected directors include Payal Jain, Prabha Jain, Ajit Prasad Jain, Anil Kumar Jain, Dheeraj Jain, Nirmal Jain, Om Prakash Gupta, Sachin Jain, Sanjeev Jain and Satish Chand Jain.
