Andhra Pradesh Minister for Agriculture K. Kanna Babu has said that the cooperative banking sector in the state will be thoroughly reorganized under the guidance of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy with the help of NABARD, reports Hindu.
The minister was speaking in a review meeting on DCCBs, Kanna Babu called for modernization of cooperative banks so that they could adapt to changing times and serve customers with the latest facilities.
According to the minister, the Chief Minister has announced a share capital of ?195 crores to nine DCCBs and ?100 crores to APCOB.
