The Jammu and Kasmir government has ordered an inquiry into irregularities in Cooperative schools of Jammu, the Tribune has reported.
Sources are quoted as saying the government has acted following uproar over the alleged illegal appointments and irregularities in Cooperative schools of Jammu.
Sources said serious allegations had been leveled against some of the senior officers at the helm of affairs, who allegedly accommodated their favourites and relatives in cooperative schools and super bazars.
Registrar, Cooperative Department, confirmed an inquiry has been ordered following complaints of irregularities in Cooperative Schools.
