The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO has signed an MoU with ICAR-Central Soil Salinity Research Institute (CSSRI), Karnal for “Enhancing Nutrient Use Efficiency by using NANO-Nitrogen in Rice – Wheat Cropping System Under Salt Stress on Monday.
On behalf of CSSRI, Director Dr P C Sharman has signed the MoU with Dr Pushpendra Verma, Haryana State Marketing Manager of IFFCO in the presence of several eminent dignitaries.

IFFCO’s range of nano fertilizers launched for field trials, are showing encouraging results from various parts of the country and these products were simultaneously launched from 11 places from across the country.
The Nano products have been researched and developed indigenously at the IFFCO Nano Biotechnology Research Centre (NBRC) in the Kalol Unit. Recently, IFFCO launched another Nano lab in its Aonla unit.
Earlier, for research in Nano Fertilizers, IFFCO has signed an MoU with Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) in New Delhi.
