IFFCO is organizing 29th Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial IFFCO Lecture and presentation of Sahakarita Awards on November 17(Thursday), 2016 at National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) Auditorium, New Delhi.
It has been organizing the Lecture every year on Nehru’s birthday. It invites a distinguished speaker on the occasion. This year Shiv Khera – a renowned motivational speaker will deliver the IFFCO Nehru Memorial Lecture.
IFFCO has been enlisting eminent personalities to speak on Nehru and cooperative in the past. Nirupama Rao, Former Foreign Secretary was the speaker last year. Namvar Singh, Karna Singh, Girish Karnard and several other notable persons have given Nehru Memorial Lecture in the past.
The presentation of cooperatives awards would also take place on this occasion. IFFCO Sahakarita Ratna award will be presented to Smt Akokala Ponjen Luci and IFFCO Sahakarita Bandhu award will be presented to Bhup Singh Rahar. A new award called IFFCO Sahakarita Sangarakshak Award would be give to Shri I P Appana.
Last Year Sahakar Bharati leader Satish Marathe had bagged IFFCO award.
