The cooperative titan IFFCO has planned a condolence meeting today at NCUI in the memory of its former Vice-Chairman Vitthalbhai Radadiya. The condolence would begin in second half of Tuesday at around 3 PM, said an IFFCO official.
Vitthal Radadiya was also a BJP MP from Porbandar in Gujarat. He died at his residence in Ahmedabad in the last week of July,2019. He was unwell for the last one year.
Beside cooperative as his area of activities, Radadiya also focussed on a host of issues concerning farmers. Apart from IFFCO officials and co-operators in general paying their respects to him, Prime Minister of India and Chief Minister of Gujarat had also paid condolences on his demise.
His son has not only replaced him in the IFFCO Board but is also a minister in the Gujarat Cabinet. Several prominent co-operators are expected to participate in the condolence meet, adds IFFCO source.
