The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has been awarded the prestigious ‘Gems of Digital India – Jury’s Choice Award, 2024’ at the 5th Gems of Digital India Knowledge and Awards ceremony.
The accolade was presented in recognition of the successful implementation of IFFCO’s Kisan Drone Project, which has significantly advanced Indian agriculture through the adoption of cutting-edge technology.
Shri Sanjay Mittal, General Manager (IT Services), received the award on behalf of IFFCO’s Director of IT Services, Shri A.K. Gupta, and the entire Drone Project team. The event was held at Hotel Pride Plaza, Aerocity, New Delhi.
The ‘Gems of Digital India’ award series, organized by Maximum Governance, celebrates innovative, impactful, and sustainable e-governance initiatives. This year, 41 exemplary projects were recognized and documented in a book titled ’41 Gems of Digital India,’ highlighting the best of the best in the country’s digital transformation journey.
