The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO is emerging as an active cooperative institution in the current situation. Besides distributing soaps, sanitizers and other protective gear, IFFCO is also active in donating medical equipment in hospitals.
IFFCO’s field team donated soaps, BP machine machines, stethoscopes and roto with inhaling medicines to the government medical college and Govt. SMGS hospitals in Jammu. Masks were also distributed to police personnel who were on duty during the lockdown on Thursday.
The IFFCO Bazar distributed soaps, sanitizers and masks to the farmers as well as local police staff at Dabwali in Sirsa district of Haryana.
Meanwhile, IFFCO’s Kandla unit employees have contributed their one day’s salary for the covid19 relief work. They distributed essential groceries to the needy. Employees Union & Officers Association are organizing camps for distribution of essential items to the needy.
IFFCO is also running a campaign against the corona virus. The fertilizer cooperative is seen distributing soaps, sanitizers and masks among the laborers and farmers spread across the country.
