Responding to the call of digital India given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, IFFCO has begun making its office a wi-fi zone.It has made all its offices located in Delhi and NCR a wifi zone and this is just for starters.

Sharing the news IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi tweeted “#IFFCO supporting #DigitalIndia of #PM @narendramodi by making it’s all offices in #DelhiNCR #WiFi.Congrats @mrpatel1954 & team. #technology.”

MD has complemented the man Mr MR Patel and his team who were behind the successful completion of the task.

Soon after taking over the reins of governance Narendra Modi has been emphasizing digitalization of India. Last week he met Apple CEO Tim Cook. Modi explained his Digital India initiative, identified its three key objectives as e-education, health and increasing farmers’ incomes, and sought support from the US technology giant in meeting them.

Cook, who shared Apple’s future plans for India, discussed the possibilities of manufacturing and retailing in India. He said that youths have significant skills, which Apple would like to tap and that there is an immense potential for app development in the country. He also launched an updated version of the Prime Minister’s mobile app at the meeting.

A well thought plan to contribute towards Digital India Mission. Dr. Awasthi never loses time in taking lead in such matters.
