Binod Prasad who is working at Institute of Cooperative Management, JhalanaDoongri, Jaipur- one of the training units of National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) staged dharna demanding seniority in the pecking order, among other things.
Prasad alleges that after 13.02.1995 NCCT never circulated the seniority list and never maintained any transparency in maintaining the seniority.
“On 19.02.16 after a lapse of 21 years the council had circulated the seniority list with the same mistake as mentioned in the seniority list circulated on 13.02.95”, he writes.
“I have represented to the council vide my letter 22.2.16 and the recent representation was submitted on 3/7/2017 requesting to rectify the anomalies and fix my seniority as per the agreed terms mentioned in the appointment letter but the same is never being heard”, he charges.
He has also attached the seniority case history in his mail sent to Indian Cooperative.
This is very true. He has not gone against authorities, he has just put his grievance in a different manner. This is all because of this flaw while trying to fight against he has never been heard. Every time he raised his voice he got punishment always in the form of a transfer to Guawahati/Jaipur and likewise. Now even people who have seen him performing say that his performance as Director I/C at Jaipur is very good.
Authorities never rewarded him for that, not even an appreciation letter. But when he tried to fight against injustice, all are there to criticize.
His batch mates are now working under the under-performers. People who have no adequate qualification even to become Directors are enjoying as Directors. They are writing ACR for the more qualified subordinates. Even these people are being ill-treated but NCCT listens to only from Directors. Never listens from the other party.
Ridiculous is that after realising that injustice has been done to these employees the employers are not at all trying to rectify. Perhaps any other corporate might have rectified it.
Even if after 25 years the employees has to struggle to carry out their day-t-day activities in their organisation for petty matters this will be the reaction and the employer should feel proud that they are still after bringing their organisations into limelight.

Very recently, there was an enquiry on Lecturer Recruitment held this organisation in 2010-11, We are through with Delhi High Court Verdict in which the detailed report of Government of India is referred. Prior to that one Director Recruitment in which many Directors recruited are non-Ph.D. Wherein many Faculty Members working at various locations are having Ph.D. and even higher qualification.
This Bonod’s case cites 1992 recruitment and 1995 gradation list which contains flaws.
What sort of organisation this is and still Faculty members are toiling for survival and upliftment of these Institutes.
GOD PLEASE SAVE THESE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE NOT RAISING THEIR VOICE FOR THEIR LEGITIMATE RIGHTS
Not only Mr.Binod Prasad . Many employees affected seniority, scale fixation, Promotion and transfer etc. If the employees given grievances to the NCCT the NCCT thinking that they gone against the management. so the NCCT is giving Punishment. All the punishment is giving only by the Mohan Mishra Present Secretary. He is a Sadist .He is trying at the extreme level for his extension. For that purpose he always going to the Ministry, Officers from the Ministry and complaning against the the President NCUI and and acting against the NCUI. This is most offences he is doing . But he is punishing employees those who have giving their grievances. He is punishing poor employees. But He is favoring some of the Directors and some employees those who have influence of some political persons . The employees who have staying in the same institute they were not transferred. But only few persons are transferred here and there by Mohan Mishra . He is a sadist,he has no sympathy, no humanitarian, no mercy. He is playing like this.
Ya.it is 100 percent true. He is not doing anything for employee welfare. He is punishing many employees . He is not secretary. He is a dictatorship and acting one man army. Whatever he thinks he is doing. He is overlooking the Director General and manipulating many things and false information to the President. He always speaking false information and lies. He should not be continue in the NCCT
