Sethu Madhvan who was a pillar of ICA Asia Pacific office located at R K Puram in Delhi in India breathed his last on Saturday due to Covid 19 .
The sudden demise of Madhavan has plunged co-operators connected with the international cooperative movement into a gloom. Madhvan who was in his seventies always received people coming to Aradhana Place, RK Puram office of ICA AP wearing smiles on his face.
IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi tweeted, “My heartfelt condolences on demise of Sh Sethu Madhavan. His passing away is great loss to cooperative movement. I pray to God to give him place in heaven & courage to his family and dear & near ones to bear this irreparable loss. Om Shanti”.
Expressing his shock, Tarun Bhargava of IFFCO wrote “Very heart-breaking news! Mr Sethu was a true friend and a person so much dependable! It’s a big loss and I am very shocked. May God give his family strength to bear this sudden loss and we pray his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti!”
