Hans Raj, Deputy Speaker of the Vidhan Sabha, inaugurated the new district office and the new branch office of Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank at Chamba town. Local MLA Pawan Nayyar was present on the occasion.
The district office and the branch were shifted to a new building of the local Municipal Council.
The Deputy Speaker said that the bank has got a good building at a suitable place. He added that the MLA and Municipal Council president Neelam Nayyar had made special efforts to renovate the building, and people would now get better facilities.
