Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank has donated 85 personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Nahan Medical College located in Nahan in Sirmaur district of State to help doctors fight against the Covid-19.
Sharing the news with Indian Cooperative bank’s director Baldev Singh Bhandari said, “Due to coronavirus, the safety of doctors is very important, for which today, we have donated 85 PPE kits worth of Rs 1 Lakh to the Nahan medical college”.
Bhandari personally handed over the PPE kits to Principal of the Medical College N K Mahendru. Earlier, HP state cooperative bank had contributed Rs 51 lakh towards the CM relief fund.
