Law seems to be catching up with scamsters of UPA era finally. After Vadra and Chidambaram it is the turn of Ajit Pawar, nephew of former Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar.
Bombay High Court has ordered Mumbai’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) to file an FIR against NCP leader Ajit Pawar and over 70 others in the Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank (MSCB) scam case. The court said there was “credible evidence” to proceed with the case., reports Financial Express.
The accused are supposed to have allegedly caused losses worth Rs 1,000 crore to MSCB between 2007 and 2011.
