The Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank (HARCO) has posted a growth of 46.9 per cent with net profit of Rs 23.8 crore for 2015-16. The Haryana minister of state for Cooperation revealed the information while addressing an official meeting recently in Chandigarh to check on the financial background of the bank, reports Press Trust of India.
An official release claimed the bank’s gross profit was of Rs 41.9 crore for 2015-16 as against Rs 27.8 crore in the last fiscal. The recovery percentage of the lender counted 99.66 per cent for 2015-16, the release added.
The bank advanced loans of Rs 7608.1 crore during 2015-16 compared to Rs 6748.6 crore during 2014-15.
A source is quoted claiming the bank will soon provide the Rupay Debit Cards and Rupay Kisan Cards, Aaadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), e-KYC, IMPS services, mobile banking, foreign exchange and ATM services.
