Haryana is empowering its Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) to improve rural lives, reports Babushahi.
84 PACS will operate under PM Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra, providing affordable medicines and 6 PACS will get petrol and diesel pumps, boosting fuel availability in rural areas, reads the report.
