In a major exposé, the Haryana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has uncovered a staggering Rs 100-crore corruption racket within the Integrated Cooperative Development Project (ICDP), reports HT. Ten senior government officers and four private individuals have been arrested.
The cooperation department of Haryana oversees ICDP, focusing on rural and agricultural development through cooperative societies. The accused, including assistant registrars and district registrars, allegedly misappropriated government funds for personal gains.
