Uttarakhand Congress former State Secretary and Haridwar DCCB Director Sushil Rathi joined the BJP at the party district office on Saturday last week.
State Cabinet Minister Swami Yatishwaranand and BJP District President Dr. Jaipal Singh Chouhan and others were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Yatheeswaranand said that Sushil Rathi has joined BJP after being influenced by the works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party in the interest of the common public.
Soon after the joining, Sushil Rathi was profusely garlanded and he thanked one and all for their support.
