The Modi govt has okayed a Rs 10,900 crore-production linked incentive (PLI) scheme for its food processing industry with the aim to help farmers get better prices and reduce crop wastage, reports Mint.
It was recently so that on the occasion of the launch of Cooperative Forum at the NCUI headquarters, MoS Parshottam Rupala exhorted co-ops to exploit different govt schemes.
