On the sidelines of the inaugural function in connection with the Chambal riverfront project in Kota, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot opened the new sprawling head office of Kota District Central Cooperative Bank on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Vidhan Sabha Speaker CP Joshi, Rajasthan Cooperation Minister Udailal Anjana, Shanti Dhariwal, Kota DM Om Prakash Bunkar, Kota DCCB MD Balvinder Singh Gill and others were present.
The new head office of the Kota DCCB is located at Shrinathpuram and spread over the 18,000 sq ft area. The two-storey building is equipped with all the modern facilities. The branch is also there in the premises of the new head office.
The total estimated cost incurred in construction was around Rs 2.84crore and it took one year for completing the project. Now, the bank will soon shift to the new location.
Kota District Central Cooperative Bank earned a net profit of Rs 6.13 crore in the 2022-23 FY.
