The Cooperative Election Authority has appointed the District Magistrate, Bidar (Karnataka) as the returning officer for conducting the elections of the 21 member board of directors of Gurudappa Nagmarpalli Multi Super Specialty Cooperative Hospital and Research Centre, Bidar.
The elections are slated for 19th August 2024 and the results will be declared soon after the polling. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman elections will be held on 20th August 2024.
According to the election program, the publication of the final list of members would be published on 31st July 2024. Whereas candidates can file their nomination papers between 1st August to 7th August 2024.
The scrutiny and withdrawal would be held on 8th August 2024 and 9th August 2024 respectively. The publication of the final list of contesting candidates will be released on 10th August 2024.
This healthcare center was started by chief promoter Late Dr. Gurupadappa Nagmarpalli Ex.MLA & Ex-Minister of the Govt-of Karnataka. At present his son Suryakanth Nagmarapalli is heading the center.
It is gathered that the Co-operative society has purchased land measuring 70 acre 18 guntas near village Lalbag with a view to constructing a 500 bedded super speciality hospital along with educational institutions.
