Directors of Chandrapur DCCB under lens

Anti-graft office in Chandrapur, Maharashtra has booked 11 persons, including six directors of Chandrapur district central cooperative (CDCC) bank for indulging in irregularities in recruitment in 2013, reports Times of India.

Police say the bank had held recruitment for the post of clerk and peons from backward class category in 2013. The entire selection committee was involved in the recruitment scandal.

The candidates were given additional marks against the financial gains to help them in selection for the jobs.

All the accused are booked under corruption, cheating and abatement charges.
